This programme empowers leaders, HR teams, and trainers to become Intercultural Change Agents – multipliers who foster cultural diversity, navigate intercultural challenges with confidence, and enable lasting learning and growth across the organisation.
In four hands‑on modules, participants learn how to deepen their own intercultural competence and effectively transfer these skills to teams and employees.
